Youth Advisory Council The School Based Health Center Youth Advisory Council helps promote the SBHC with students and also advocates for healthy living and healthy lifestyles. For the 2012  -13 school year, the Youth Advisory Council received a $10,000 grant from the Oregon School Based Health Center Network to create an anti-bullying campaign. Students designed posters for all schools in the district and also wrote and filmed an anti-bullying video.Anti-Bullying Video |
